Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 prepared dairy-free pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

  • ½ cup dairy-free marinara sauce

  • ½ cup dairy-free mozzarella (Violife or Miyoko’s recommended)

  • 68 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh basil leaves (5–6)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Spread the marinara sauce evenly across the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and scatter the dairy-free mozzarella shreds evenly over the top.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper for flavor.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.

  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes.

  7. Top with fresh basil leaves just before serving for a fragrant, authentic finish.

Notes

  • This recipe is 100% dairy free, vegan-friendly, and can be made gluten-free if using a GF crust.

  • Use high-quality plant-based mozzarella (like Violife or Miyoko’s) for best melt and flavor.

  • Fresh basil added after baking gives a fragrant finish and vibrant look.
