Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon plain, unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup hot water (not boiling)

Instructions

  1. Heat water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Pour the hot water into a mug or heat-safe glass.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the water.
  4. Stir continuously for 30–60 seconds until fully dissolved.
  5. Let cool slightly and drink warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Do not use boiling water, as it may affect gelatin texture. For a thinner drink, use 1½ cups of water. Avoid flavored gelatin, which often contains added sugar. This drink is not a meal replacement and works best as part of a balanced diet.
