Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup granola (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp honey (preferably raw or organic)
  • 1 cup fresh fruits (berries, banana, mango, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare your chosen fruits by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Spoon about 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or jar.
  3. Add a layer of fruits, then drizzle lightly with honey.
  4. Sprinkle a spoonful of granola on top of the fruit layer.
  5. Repeat layers of yogurt, fruit, honey, and granola until the glass is full.
  6. Top with extra honey, nuts, and seeds if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for crunchy granola, or refrigerate 1–2 hours for a softer texture.

Notes

Use unsweetened Greek yogurt to control sugar levels. Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy. Mix textures with nuts and juicy fruits for the best balance.
