Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce (check dairy-free label)

  • 3/4 cup vegan mozzarella (Violife or Applewood)

  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup mushrooms

  • 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.

  2. Place the pizza base on a baking tray or pizza stone.

  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the base.

  4. Add vegan mozzarella and layer with vegetables.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.

  7. Remove, cool for 2 minutes, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake directly on the oven rack for the final 3 minutes.
