  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)

  • 1 boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 tbsp pickles or relish
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tuna: Drain tuna and add it to a bowl.
  2. Mix: Add mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Prepare lettuce: Wash and dry the lettuce leaves completely.
  4. Assemble: Place 2–3 tbsp of tuna mixture in each leaf and roll or fold.
